This Garden Hills Craftsman Cottage was designed for a 50-foot-wide lot for some wonderful past clients.

The house is detailed with linear shiplap-clad bay windows, with arches and some beautiful star-shaped cutouts, characteristic of the “Arts and Crafts movement.

With this being an established neighborhood, it was important that the house fit in properly.

The first floor features a foyer, study, living/dining room, kitchen with breakfast room and keeping room, primary bedroom and bath, powder room, home office, mud entry and laundry room and a 2-car garage.

Some wonderful traditional detailing throughout the house. A pool is on axis with the back of the house.
