Featured in Southern Home Magazine January/February 2017 “Readjusted Refinements”

This sweet Craftsman Cottage was built in the early 1920’s.  The house desperately needed to function better for today’s more casual lifestyles. Better access to the garden was created from the house to a beautiful courtyard garden.  An old two story carriage, which was in dire need of repair, was redone with a wonderful guest suite above. The homeowners lived in the carriage house while the main house was under renovation.
