Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation Rehabilitation Award.

This house, originally constructed in 1908, was divided into apartments in the early 1960s. It was returned to its original use as a single-family residence through careful restoration of original materials and respect for its historical features when replacing heavily-damaged materials. Renovations included re-opening of the staircase and fireplaces, a new porch and terrace, and an addition of a kitchen and keeping room in the rear of the house.
