We offer two books of pre-designed house plans, the Designer Series Portfolio I & II as advertised in Southern Living and Better Homes & Gardens specialty publications. Our problem-solving abilities with our private clients are the basis for the designs we proudly offer to you.


Portfolio I contains 20 house plans that range in size from 2,500 - 3,800 square feet.
